When moving the address on your Certificate
of Non-Japanese Registration must be changed. Therefore please
visit the municipal office of the new city, town, or village
where you've moved, within two weeks to get this changed

the procedure for address change.

Please contact NTT office nearby to
inform them of your move 10 days before moving.

Please contact the Water Service Section
of the city office, Chubu Electric Company, and a gas company
to inform them of your move.

Mail
Please notify your present post office
of your new address. The post office will forward any mail to
your new address for one year (only in Japan, though).

Changing motor bike registration
Please complete the necessary procedure
at the city office for motorcycle of 125cc displacement or less.
For motorcycle of 126cc to 250cc displacement, visit the Small
Car Association (Kei-jidosha Kyokai).
For motorcycle of 251cc displacement
or move, the procedure for the change of address can be filled
out at the inspection and Registration Office of the District
Land Transportation Bureau after you move.
